CMMS Team Lead

About the role

Wood is looking for an experienced CMMS Team Lead to govern the development and enhancement of Master Data standards for its Iraq Business Unit. The role is based on‑site in Basra and supports the maintenance, turnaround and engineering teams across oil, gas and water systems.

Key responsibilities

• Govern the development and enhancement of Master Data standards.
• Maintain the integrity of the CMMS Master Data and lead data‑cleansing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Maintenance Build data standards and drive improvement projects.
• Provide quality assurance for data updates and resolve Maintenance Build issues.
• Support CMMS engineers with knowledge of data standards, tools and processes.
• Define and maintain data management strategies, tools and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CMMS administration and Master Data Management.
• Strong understanding of maintenance data, work management and data governance.
• Ability to lead data‑cleansing and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to data accuracy.
