Human Resources Specialist – Full‑time

About the role

Kol Al-Manafith, a fast‑growing renewable energy and power solutions provider, is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support its daily HR operations in Baghdad. The role focuses on maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring smooth onboarding and off‑boarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and off‑boarding for departing staff.
• Monitor attendance, follow up on absences, and handle related administrative tasks.
• Support employee‑related inquiries and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and local labor laws.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, employee records, and attendance management.
• Good understanding of HR policies and personnel management.
• Fluency in Arabic; working knowledge of English is a plus.
• High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a people‑first mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HR systems (HRIS) is an advantage.
