Human Resources Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Operations Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of our HR department at Modon Express, a fast‑growing Iraqi express delivery company. The role will design and maintain HR systems, ensuring accurate attendance, payroll, performance reviews and onboarding for a rapidly scaling workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily attendance and time records, generating accurate reports.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll on schedule.
• Coordinate the monthly performance review cycle across all departments.
• Process leave requests, track balances and maintain employee records.
• Draft promotion and salary increment proposals based on documented performance data.
• Execute full onboarding programs from day one through the end of probation.
• Draft employment contracts, official letters and keep organized employee files.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly HR operational reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or administrative affairs.
• Exceptional accuracy in data management and strict adherence to deadlines.
• High integrity and confidentiality when handling employee and payroll data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Residency in Rasafah preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
