Human Resources Manager – HR Leadership Role

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function for Nakhal Al‑Samawa Company for Date Export, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The role oversees workforce planning, recruitment, employee administration, performance management, compensation coordination, training, policy development and labour‑law compliance, ensuring the organization has a qualified and accountable team to meet its commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual workforce and recruitment plan, maintain organizational structure and job descriptions.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment, from vacancy announcements to interviews, offers, contracts and onboarding.
• Maintain confidential employee records, monitor attendance, leave, overtime and manage transfers, promotions, salary changes and separations.
• Set measurable objectives and KPIs, coordinate probation and performance evaluations, and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations, handle grievances, disciplinary matters and advise management on employee relations.
• Review attendance data, verify payroll inputs, coordinate with Finance and recommend salary structures, benefits and incentives.
• Identify training needs, design and deliver the annual training plan, and coordinate induction and professional development programs.
• Prepare regular HR reports for the CEO and maintain HR policies, procedures and authority controls.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in leading HR functions, including recruitment, employee administration and performance management.
• Strong understanding of labour law, HR policies and employee relations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement training and development initiatives.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills, with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy.
