Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator will manage daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations while supporting the organization’s business objectives. This role plays a pivotal part in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day‑to‑day HR activities.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Support performance management cycles and conduct employee evaluations.
• Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting systems.
• Develop, implement, and refine HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Organize training and development initiatives.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and disciplinary processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and labor legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
