HSE Supervisor – Health, Safety & Environment

About the role

The HSE Supervisor is responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and guidelines across the organization. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and promotes a safe working environment for all employees and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Prepare incident reports and conduct regular inspections to verify compliance.
• Interact with service personnel, clients, subcontractors and regulatory agencies to research and interpret applicable standards, codes and regulations.
• Organize and coordinate audits of company‑operated properties.
• Stay up‑to‑date with regulatory requirements and auditing standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of systems for capturing and analysing HSE statistics.
• Perform assignments under general supervision, applying standard concepts and analytical techniques.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in health, safety and environmental roles.
• Ability to work under general supervision and occasional direct supervision.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating HSE data and identifying solutions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HSE standards, codes and regulations.
• Experience preparing incident reports and conducting safety inspections.
• Familiarity with audit planning and execution.
