Hotel Painter – Woodwork & Decorative Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Painter specialized in woodwork to join our hotel maintenance team. The successful candidate will ensure that all decorative surfaces – walls, ceilings and wood elements – are kept in excellent condition, delivering a high standard of appearance for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and decorate all ceilings and walls throughout the property.
• Finish and refurbish woodwork such as doors, architraves, windows and skirting boards.
• Strip, prepare and apply new wallpaper according to instructions.
• Repair and maintain existing wall coverings and decorative finishes.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules for decorating tasks as directed by supervisors.

Required profile

• Technical education or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in painting, wallpapering or hotel decorative maintenance.
• Ability to work under established policies and regulations.
• Good physical condition and a solid command of English.
• Self‑motivated, hands‑on, adaptable and able to stay calm under pressure.
