FMCG Sales Representative

About the role

EZMA Holding is expanding its fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) portfolio in Erbil and seeks dynamic Sales Representatives to drive market penetration. The role is field‑based, requiring frequent visits to supermarkets, minimarkets, bazaars and wholesale outlets across the city.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and service supermarkets, minimarkets, wholesalers, retailers and bazaars throughout Erbil.
• Introduce and sell EZMA FMCG products, including newly launched international brands.
• Build and maintain relationships with shop owners, purchasing managers and key market players.
• Identify and acquire new customers, expanding EZMA’s active network.
• Negotiate commercial terms and follow up to secure orders.
• Collect real‑time market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, promotions and product gaps.
• Monitor product availability, placement and visibility in the field.
• Record visits, leads, opportunities and orders in a structured manner.
• Provide regular field reports to the Director of Business & Corporate Development.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on FMCG sales experience in Erbil.
• Deep knowledge of Erbil’s bazaar, wholesale and retail channels; network of retailers and wholesalers is a plus.
• High energy, persuasive and results‑driven attitude.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and opening new doors.
• Fluent in Kurdish and Arabic; English is an advantage.
• Own transportation and a valid driving licence are strongly preferred.
