Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the finance team, ensuring efficient operations, compliance, and strategic support for the organization. This role combines oversight of reporting, budgeting, and payroll with continuous improvement of financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the finance team, fostering high performance and adherence to standards.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to aid decision‑making.
• Monitor project and departmental expenses, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and track commitments against approved budgets.
• Design, implement, and improve financial processes, internal controls, and reporting systems, including ERP implementation and chart‑of‑accounts setup.
• Collaborate with project teams and consultants for budget preparation and financial planning.
• Manage payroll processing, internal and external payments, and ensure tax, social security, and statutory compliance.
• Support employees with banking matters and maintain relationships with banks, vendors, and government entities.
• Provide senior management with actionable insights and regular financial status reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, CMA) highly desirable.
• 7‑9 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial management or auditing.
• 2‑3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting and audit coordination.
