Revenue Assurance Officer

About the role

The Revenue Assurance Officer validates and analyses all transaction types processed through the ZainCash system, including refunds, commissions and suspicious activities. The role ensures accuracy, compliance and operational integrity while supporting business decisions. The position works closely with internal teams to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and analyse transaction types, financial refunds, commissions and suspicious transactions.
• Ensure closing processes are completed with valid data extracted from the system.
• Prepare customized reports by extracting, analysing and presenting transaction and operational data.
• Check commission‑fees and limits against confirmed CPs.
• Work in alignment with CBI and other applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, mathematics or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in revenue assurance, financial analysis or data analysis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SQL technologies such as Oracle SQL and MySQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
