Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will partner with senior leadership to shape and execute the organization’s financial strategy. This role requires strong analytical abilities, the capacity to manage large data sets, and the skill to translate financial insights into actionable business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial meetings and present regular financial reports to senior management.
• Oversee full-cycle financial accounting, budgeting, and forecasting for projects.
• Prepare and deliver metrics, dashboards, presentations, and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
• Administer service contracts, vendor agreements, and regulatory documentation ensuring compliance.
• Supervise the operations support team, including procurement and warehouse staff, driving performance and development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align support functions with operational objectives and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in operations support, business administration, or a similar finance role, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.
• Fluent in Kurdish and English.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable handling large volumes of data.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of financial reporting tools.
• Familiarity with contract management platforms.
