Reporting & Market Analysis Specialist

About the role

The Reporting & Market Analysis Specialist will support the retail division by preparing regular business reports, monitoring product and sales performance, and conducting market research. The role also assists the Retail Back Office Support Specialist with loan application processing and follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare periodic reports on retail products, sales, and overall business performance.
• Collect, analyse, and validate data from various departments and branches.
• Monitor product performance against targets and KPIs.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create dashboards and management reports as required.
• Provide data‑driven insights to support product development and business planning.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports and analyses requested by management.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of all reports.
• Support the Product Development Supervisor in business planning and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, market research or business analysis, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and Kurdish; good English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
