Facilities Management Project Coordinator

About the role

The Facilities Management Project Coordinator provides expert advice, coordination, and oversight for all phases of facilities‑related projects. Working within the Facilities Subject Matter Expert (SME) Engineering Cell, the role supports the Facilities Manager in delivering projects that meet operational needs while complying with contract requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Advise the Facilities Manager on project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Develop, present, and track comprehensive project schedules, updating them as changes occur.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with contract stipulations and agency standards.
• Identify alternative solutions for meeting project requirements, recommending viable options and action plans.
• Prepare and review reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and other documentation for senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of buildings, assets, equipment, and ancillary structures.
• Assess project effectiveness and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
