Experienced Site Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead daily operations on our construction sites. The role involves coordinating engineers, administrative staff, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on‑site activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Lead site engineers, resolve technical issues, and maintain smooth workflow.
• Oversee administrative functions such as accounting, procurement, payroll approvals, and workforce scheduling.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and manage budgeting and cost control.
• Manage procurement and logistics to guarantee timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, handling negotiations and conflict resolution.
• Conduct site inspections, enforce quality control measures, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of site management experience in the contracting or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities, with experience overseeing engineers, administrative staff, and site workers.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience using project management and scheduling software.
