Dynamic Waiter/Waitress – Guest Service Professional

About the role

We are seeking motivated Food & Beverage professionals to join our team as Waiter/Waitress. In this role you will deliver professional, discreet and personalized service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, providing attentive service throughout their visit.
• Serve food and beverages according to the hotel’s performance standards.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the menu to advise and upsell guests.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, handling any complaints or queries promptly.
• Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards, and maintain service equipment.
• Prepare the service area before, during, and after shifts (mise‑en‑place and mise‑en‑scène).
• Minimize waste, breakage and spoilage.
• Apply upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality, or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Strong command of English.
• Adaptability, customer focus, teamwork and responsibility.
