Dynamic Waiter/Waitress for High‑Volume Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Food & Beverage professional to join our high‑volume restaurant team as a Waiter/Waitress. In this role you will deliver professional, personalized service that turns each visit into a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, seat and serve guests in a courteous and discreet manner.
• Follow the hotel’s performance manual to service food and beverage accurately.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the menu to advise and upsell guests.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, handle complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and proper upkeep of service equipment.
• Prepare the service area (mise‑en‑place) and ensure efficient service flow.
• Minimise waste, breakage and spoilage while adhering to safety standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in Food & Beverage.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Strong command of English and excellent guest‑service attitude.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, pay attention to detail and work well in a team.
