About the role

The company is seeking a reliable Driver to plan, coordinate and execute transportation routes for customer orders in Sulaimaniyah. The role involves managing driver assignments, monitoring deliveries and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate transportation routes based on customer orders, delivery schedules, and driver availability.
• Assign drivers to specific routes and provide necessary instructions and documentation.
• Monitor delivery status and communicate with drivers to ensure on‑time arrivals and pickups.
• Track shipments and update customers on order status as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to arrange transportation services.
• Resolve issues or delays that arise during transportation operations.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including driver logs and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Evaluate transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
• Provide support and assistance to drivers and other transportation staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Iraqi driving license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience.
• Good knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and safe driving practices.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
• No history of serious traffic violations or criminal offenses.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent the company professionally.
