Branch Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Branch Operations Supervisor oversees daily branch activities, ensuring shipments, deliveries, and cash collections are accurately processed and recorded. This hands‑on role coordinates with delivery representatives and the main center to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, record, and sort incoming shipments and mail, then allocate them to delivery representatives based on their zones.
• Assign delivery routes, supervise representatives, and monitor the status of pending, delayed, or returned shipments.
• Conduct daily financial settlements with representatives, verify cash collections, and forward funds to the main center following company procedures.
• Handle returned and reverse shipments, coordinating their transfer to the main center.
• Maintain accurate daily records of shipments, deliveries, returns, and financial transactions.
• Report operational issues, discrepancies, or cash differences to the Operations Manager and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, delivery, or distribution environments.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and supervise staff.
• Trustworthy, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling cash settlements.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and shipment handling processes.
