About the role

A leading delivery company in Iraq is seeking a detail‑oriented Dispatcher to coordinate daily orders, assign shipments to drivers, and ensure timely delivery operations in Erbil.

Key responsibilities

Receive, organize, and process incoming orders.
Distribute and assign orders to delivery drivers according to operational requirements.
Transfer and reassign orders when necessary.
Enter and update order information accurately in the system.
Monitor order status and follow up to ensure timely completion.
Identify and resolve delivery delays and operational issues.
Verify order records and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.

Required profile

Previous experience in dispatching, delivery, logistics, or operations is preferred.
Strong organizational, coordination, and follow‑up skills.
Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple orders and work under pressure.
Flexibility to work night shifts if required.
Language skills: Arabic and Kurdish are preferred.
