Director of Academy & Customer Service

About the role

The Director of Vano Academy and Customer Service leads the company’s internal academy and oversees all customer service functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role ensures that technical, sales and marketing teams stay current with veterinary standards, product knowledge and industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the academy training strategy for technical, sales and marketing staff.
• Design, deliver and evaluate monthly technical trainings, seminars and product‑knowledge sessions.
• Plan, supervise and monitor vaccination programs in line with veterinary and bio‑security protocols.
• Provide technical support and consultancy to internal departments and external customers.
• Define, improve and enforce customer service standards, handling feedback and resolving complaints.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in technical training, veterinary technical management, customer service, sales support and employee development.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale training initiatives and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on operational excellence.
