Data Analysis Officer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Analysis Officer to support decision‑making across the organization. You will turn raw data into actionable insights, build interactive visualisations, and ensure data quality and security.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decisions.
• Maintain and optimise databases, guaranteeing data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand data needs and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes for greater efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through data‑driven suggestions.
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in data analysis and IT.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong foundation in data analysis techniques and statistical methods.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
• Background in IT with knowledge of databases, data management and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
