Customer Service & Planning Manager (Iraq)

About the role

Lead the end‑to‑end Customer Service and Production Planning & Scheduling functions for Evyap in Iraq, ensuring orders are captured, planned, produced and delivered on time and in full. You will act as the central interface between customers, sales, production, logistics and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, execute and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production plans in SAP PP based on forecasts and open orders.
• Run the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) cycle and contribute to the monthly S&OP process.
• Manage order lifecycle in SAP SD, including creation, changes, returns and credit/debit processing.
• Own customer complaints and claims, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with procurement (SAP MM) to secure raw and packaging material availability.
• Monitor schedule adherence, re‑plan proactively for disruptions, and drive inventory targets.
• Develop and maintain KPI reporting (OTIF, schedule adherence, inventory coverage) using Advanced Excel or Power BI.
• Deliver month‑end closing reports and lead weekly shipment plan reviews.
• Lead, coach and develop the customer service and planning team.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading customer service and production planning functions in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage complex schedules and resolve issues quickly.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate across multiple internal departments and external customers.
