Contract & Operations Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Contract & Operations Administrator to join our Basra team. The role supports service delivery by managing contracts, purchase orders, and administrative processes while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and record them accurately in the system.
• Manage contract lifecycle, following company procedures and ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate with Service Manager and Team Leaders to improve on‑time service delivery.
• Organise customer requests, team assignments, and site visit logistics.
• Oversee PPE availability for service engineers, from request to allocation and record‑keeping.
• Implement customer invoice submission processes, obtain acknowledgements, and follow up on payments.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to employees on service assignments and resolve obstacles.
• Maintain performance dashboards, reporting, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.

Required profile

• Experience in engineering or industrial‑computing environments, including testing and commissioning.
• Strong organisational, communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attention to detail.
• Commitment to compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.
