Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Senior Finance Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, manage risk and ensure sustainable growth. The CFO will oversee all finance functions and guide the organization toward sound financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive the company’s financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Conduct risk management by analysing liabilities, investments and cash‑flow requirements.
• Define investment strategies while monitoring liquidity and cash‑flow risks.
• Oversee fundraising activities, capital structure and financing arrangements.
• Supervise finance teams including controllers, treasurers and analysts.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with legal and internal policies.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts.
• Implement and maintain the finance IT system.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CFO, finance officer or in a senior finance leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management and investment principles.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis and financial forecasting.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
• Relevant qualifications such as CPA, BSc/BA in Accounting or Finance; MSc/MBA is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Experience using financial management software, preferably SAP.
