CCTV Operator – Hotel Security (Expatriate Preferred)

About the role

The CCTV Operator ensures the safety and security of guests, staff, and property by continuously monitoring the hotel's surveillance system. This position requires high concentration, confidentiality, and effective communication with the Security Department and other hotel teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously, covering entrances, public areas, back‑of‑house zones, and parking.
• Verify proper functioning of cameras and report any technical issues immediately.
• Identify and report suspicious, unusual, or unauthorized activities to the Security Supervisor/Manager.
• Review recorded footage for investigations or security incidents as requested.
• Maintain accurate logs of incidents, equipment issues, and observations.
• Assist the security team during emergencies such as fire, theft, bomb threats, or other incidents.
• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of all surveillance data.
• Conduct proper shift handovers, communicating ongoing incidents and observations.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and personal hygiene at all times.
• Ability to work attentively for extended periods while maintaining high concentration.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with security staff and other departments.
• Thorough knowledge of the hotel's layout, restricted areas, and emergency procedures.
