About the role
We are looking for a Brand Commercial Manager to lead the positioning and growth of our consumer product portfolio. The role combines strategic brand development with hands‑on commercial execution to maximise market share and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage key accounts and strategic partnerships, negotiating terms and ensuring strong relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends and adjust tactics to capture growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new channels, consumer insights and competitive threats.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, commercial sales or related FMCG/retail roles.
- Proven track record of delivering commercial results and driving brand growth.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent analytical skills and the capacity to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Effective multitasking and negotiation capabilities.
