About the role
We are seeking a passionate B2B Sales Specialist to promote and sell Odoo ERP solutions to businesses across Iraq. You will work closely with clients to understand their processes and match them with the appropriate Odoo modules, driving revenue and long‑term relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell Odoo ERP solutions to potential clients.
- Analyse client business needs and align them with Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and HR.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals.
- Collaborate with implementation and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Follow up leads, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Build long‑term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on Odoo features, updates, and industry trends.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in software or ERP sales; Odoo experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and target‑oriented.
