After Sales Engineer – Solar Inverter Support (Iraq)

About the role

We are seeking a junior After‑Sales Engineer to provide technical support for solar inverters, battery energy storage systems and monitoring equipment in Iraq. The position offers stable, routine work with opportunities to develop practical troubleshooting skills on both remote and on‑site assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver basic technical support for solar inverters, batteries and monitoring systems.
• Resolve technical issues through remote guidance or on‑site service.
• Assist with system installation, commissioning and parameter configuration.
• Provide elementary technical training to business partners.
• Track equipment operating status and compile regular reports.
• Co‑operate with on‑site inspection activities as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Renewable Energy.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic professional knowledge of solar inverter and battery energy storage systems.
• Ability to perform simple circuit and PCB fault diagnosis.
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Fluent in Ukrainian (local language requirement).
• Willingness to travel for business trips.
• Diligent, patient and eager to learn.
