About the role
This full‑time, entry‑level Administrative Officer position is based on‑site in Baghdad. You will support the smooth operation of the office by handling daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing reliable customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism.
- Assist various departments to ensure efficient office procedures.
- Maintain organized documentation and support customer service inquiries.
Required profile
- Proficiency in general administration and administrative assistance tasks.
- Strong English language skills for communication and software use.
- Prior experience in administrative or customer support roles is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
