Associate Director of Brand & Communication

About the role

The Associate Director of Brand & Communication will shape and execute AUIB’s brand strategy, overseeing the full content ecosystem and institutional communications. This senior leader will ensure consistent, high‑quality messaging across all platforms while driving creative production and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the university’s brand strategy, ensuring alignment across all communications channels.
• Lead content planning, storytelling, and editorial direction for institutional messaging.
• Manage creative production processes, including design, photography, videography, and multimedia content.
• Oversee internal and external communications to maintain a unified institutional voice.
• Lead and mentor the Brand & Communications team, set KPIs, and ensure high‑quality output.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in brand management, communications, or content leadership.
• Strong ability to manage and strengthen institutional brand positioning.
• Excellent writing, editing, and messaging capabilities.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Effective collaboration across departments and strong project‑management skills.
