Director of Stakeholder Engagement

About the role

AUIB is looking for a dynamic Director of Stakeholder Engagement to strengthen its institutional reputation, build strategic partnerships, and enhance community and parent involvement. This senior leader will shape engagement strategy, oversee high‑profile events, and manage relationships with government, NGOs, and industry partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies that elevate AUIB’s external positioning.
• Lead planning and execution of high‑profile institutional events, VIP visits, conferences, and ceremonies while ensuring protocol compliance.
• Build, maintain, and expand strategic partnerships with government entities, NGOs, international institutions, schools, and industry partners.
• Oversee community and parent outreach initiatives to increase stakeholder involvement.
• Manage the Stakeholder Engagement team, budgets, vendors, and risk‑management processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, partnerships, or events management.
• Proven ability to establish and sustain meaningful partnerships across diverse sectors.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in professional and diplomatic settings.
• Adaptability and cultural awareness for operating in local and international contexts.
