Brand Coordinator – Perfumes and Cosmetics

About the role

The Brand Coordinator supports the marketing department by ensuring seamless coordination between brands, the company, and retail stores. This role drives the implementation of marketing strategies, executes campaigns, and collaborates with internal and external partners to promote perfume and cosmetics brands.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare yearly marketing plans per brand in collaboration with Brand Managers.
• Coordinate monthly execution of ATL, BTL, and digital activities, ensuring timely material delivery.
• Implement visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Participate in event planning, execution, and post‑event ROI analysis.
• Monitor stock availability for promotions and report issues to Brand Managers and Supply Chain.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for campaign evaluation.
• Coordinate with e‑commerce and online platforms to maintain up‑to‑date digital visibility.
• Plan and execute social media strategies, manage content calendars, and engage with influencers.
• Gather competitive intelligence on digital activities and identify collaboration opportunities.
• Create and integrate product data for trade agreements, item creation, and categorisation.
• Compile reports on customer insights, competition, and price monitoring for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of marketing experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Kurdish is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organisational abilities.
• Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and fragrance markets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
