Field Executive – Market & Brand Performance

About the role

The Field Executive will drive brand success across designated regions in Iraq by monitoring performance, gathering market insights, and executing consumer activation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular market visits to assess brand performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Evaluate brand strategies using critical metrics and collaborate on corrective actions.
• Provide detailed competitor intelligence reports on product launches and promotions.
• Lead planning and execution of consumer activation initiatives, including events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with trade marketing, sales and activation teams to align regional actions with national objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG, trade marketing, sales operations or distribution.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and produce actionable insights.
• Frequent travel across the Kurdistan Region and a valid driver’s license.
• Fluent Kurdish, with good command of Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Experience with Power BI (preferred).
