Marketing Supervisor – Lead Campaign Operations

About the role

The Marketing Supervisor supports the Marketing Manager by overseeing daily marketing operations, supervising the team, and ensuring that campaigns and projects are delivered on time and meet brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the marketing team and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Coordinate between graphic designers, content creators, video editors, CRM staff and other team members.
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, deadlines and internal approvals.
• Monitor campaign execution across social media, digital advertising, retail, events and outdoor advertising.
• Review marketing materials before final approval and ensure brand‑guideline compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, retail, procurement, agencies and suppliers as needed.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and maintain campaign calendars and project trackers.
• Support budgeting, quotations, supplier follow‑up and assist in organizing product launches and corporate events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, campaign management or team coordination.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with project management tools.
