Organized Retail Executive

About the role

The Organized Retail Executive will drive sales growth and enhance retail operations for premium technology products across organized retail channels in Iraq. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and retail partners, ensuring product availability, visibility, and a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans with retail partners and store teams.
• Manage relationships with key retail stakeholders to secure shelf space and promotional placements.
• Monitor product availability, pricing, and in‑store visibility across assigned outlets.
• Support promotional campaigns, retail activations, and merchandising standards.
• Track retail performance metrics and provide analytical reports to internal teams.
• Identify business development opportunities within the organized retail channel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in organized retail, retail sales, account management or consumer electronics.
• Proven ability to manage retailer relationships and drive sales initiatives.
• Strong communication, coordination and customer‑engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail for reporting and performance tracking.
• Experience in a target‑driven, fast‑paced retail environment.
• Familiarity with premium technology brands and the Iraq retail market is a plus.
