Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Baghdad Governorate, Iraq. You will support day‑to‑day marketing operations, coordinate campaigns, prepare materials and assist with both online and offline promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, manage timelines and ensure delivery of assets.
• Support event planning and execution, handling logistics and documentation.
• Draft and edit content for social media, websites and marketing collateral.
• Gather market feedback and competitor information to improve strategies.
• Monitor performance of marketing initiatives and maintain organized project documentation.

Required profile

• Strong communication and writing skills for clear, engaging marketing content.
• Sales and customer‑facing abilities to support promotional activities.
• Event planning and project management experience to coordinate events and campaigns.
• Relevant experience in marketing coordination or administration.
• Familiarity with basic digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively on‑site, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
