Product Marketing Manager – Retail

About the role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager for Retail Banking to own the go‑to‑market strategy for our consumer product portfolio at RTB Bank. You will act as the voice of our retail products, shaping positioning and driving acquisition across branch and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop positioning, value propositions, and messaging for retail banking products tailored to Iraqi and Kurdish customer segments.
• Lead end‑to‑end product launches, including internal readiness, sales training, and integrated marketing campaigns across digital, branch, outdoor, and WhatsApp channels.
• Plan and execute data‑driven marketing campaigns to meet acquisition, activation, and retention targets.
• Train branch staff, relationship managers, and contact centre teams on product features and objection handling.
• Brief and approve all product collateral, ensuring brand and regulatory compliance, and track campaign ROI and product‑level satisfaction metrics.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or product management, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Deep understanding of retail banking products and the local Iraqi/Kurdistan market dynamics.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial products into simple, compelling customer messaging.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross‑functional launches.
• Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with campaign analytics.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Familiarity with marketing content workflows.
