Senior HR Operations Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior HR Operations Officer to manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure smooth HR administration for ZainCash Iraq. You will act as a key liaison for staff inquiries, support payroll processes, and guarantee compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle onboarding, transfers, promotions, and off‑boarding, including contract preparation and official correspondence.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and personnel files, ensuring timely data entry.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for policy, procedure, and benefits questions, and resolve employee concerns.
• Oversee attendance monitoring, leave processing, and coordination of exit procedures.
• Prepare periodic HR metrics reports, support internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with internal controls and legal requirements.
• Calculate, review, and reconcile Social Security contributions and tax deductions, and submit monthly statutory reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in HR administration, employee services, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of Iraqi labor laws and HR policies.
• Experience with HRIS and document management systems is a plus.

• Biometric attendance system handling.
