Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and champion employee experience. The HRBP will translate business goals into people initiatives, coach managers, and use data‑driven insights to improve performance, culture and organisational design.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department heads on workforce planning, organisational design and change management.
• Develop and deliver executive coaching on leadership effectiveness, conflict resolution and performance management.
• Create and maintain automated HR dashboards (headcount, turnover, recruitment velocity, attendance) and present regular analytics to senior leadership.
• Lead performance review cycles, succession planning and talent mapping for assigned business units.
• Identify training needs and collaborate with Learning & Development to roll out targeted upskilling programs.
• Manage complex employee‑relations cases, conduct investigations and ensure compliance with regional labour laws.
• Design employee‑engagement initiatives and feedback loops to monitor sentiment and well‑being.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a strategic Business Partner or People Operations role.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link human‑capital strategy to financial and operational objectives.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills, capable of influencing senior executives.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast‑moving, scaling environments.
