About the role
The Operations Support Senior Engineer provides professional technical support for plant operations, resolves complex operational and technical issues, and contributes to commissioning, daily production and optimization of oil and gas facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide senior technical support for routine plant operation, process optimization and equipment troubleshooting.
- Lead and support plant commissioning, start‑up testing and operational acceptance activities.
- Develop and optimize operational procedures, technical guidelines and site operation standards.
- Guide supervisors and technical teams in solving complex on‑site technical difficulties.
- Conduct technical coaching, personnel development and competency assessments.
- Participate in safety management, implement ISSOW/PTW specifications and standardize technical operation behaviours.
- Analyze operational data, summarize problems and drive continuous operational improvement.
