Odoo System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Odoo System Administrator to join Baghdad Tourism Island. You will ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and performance of our Odoo ERP environment, supporting internal teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimise the Odoo ERP system.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions and security settings.
• Configure and support Odoo modules such as HR, Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing and CRM.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues and apply timely fixes.
• Provide technical support and training to end‑users.
• Coordinate with vendors, developers and internal departments for enhancements and integrations.
• Perform system testing, updates, backups and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Ensure data integrity, security and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in system administration, preferably with Odoo.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively on‑site as part of a collaborative team.
