Maintenance Service Engineer – Solar Inverter, EV Charger & Power Station

About the role

Growatt is seeking a Maintenance Service Engineer to ensure the reliable operation of solar inverters, electric vehicle charging stations, and portable power stations in Iraq. The role involves hands‑on troubleshooting, customer support, and collaboration with technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair inverter and board issues to maintain product functionality.
• Assist customers during installation, commissioning, and training, providing on‑site support as needed.
• Work with the technical service team to resolve faults and support engineers in fault resolution.
• Collect and classify spare‑part data, support warehouse management, and regularly report required information to headquarters.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the power electronics industry; experience with PV inverter maintenance is highly desirable.
• Fluent spoken English for effective communication with customers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with electronic components and ability to identify and resolve electrical/electronic issues.
• Proficiency in welding, component testing, and cable routing.
• Ability to prepare accurate maintenance reports and records.
