Electrical Engineer

About the role

The Electrical Engineer will join the On-sync Energy Management Services team in Maysan, Iraq, supporting AntonAnton Oilfield Services Group’s oilfield technology operations. This role focuses on maintaining equipment reliability, ensuring compliance with standards, and contributing to project execution and tender activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with maintenance standards.
• Provide construction guidance and conduct quality inspections to verify that projects meet technical and operational requirements.
• Support bidding and tendering processes by preparing technical documentation and coordinating project‑related information.
• Organize and manage training activities to enhance employee technical knowledge, operational capability, and safety awareness.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and promote safe working practices across all operations.

Required profile

• Proficient in English or Arabic (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
• Strong adaptability to multicultural and international working environments, aligned with company culture and values.
• Relevant industry or engineering certifications are preferred.
• Good physical health with strong computer and IT skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant professional work experience.
