Junior Frontend Developer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Frontend Developer to join our team in Baghdad. You will work closely with senior developers and UI/UX designers to turn designs into responsive, user‑friendly web interfaces using modern technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive frontend components with React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into interactive web pages.
• Ensure cross‑device compatibility and optimal performance.
• Write clean, reusable, and well‑structured code.
• Identify and fix bugs and UI issues.
• Collaborate with senior developers to enhance existing features and implement new ones.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
• Follow best practices and coding standards.
• Learn and apply modern frontend tools and technologies.
• Contribute to our Progressive Web Application, gaining experience with service workers, caching, and offline functionality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience with React.js.
• Knowledge of responsive web design principles.
• Ability to write maintainable CSS and familiarity with Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of modern CSS methodologies and Git version control.
• Good problem‑solving, communication skills, and a quick learning attitude.
• Passion for frontend development and creating user‑friendly interfaces.
