Copywriter

About the role

Ayass Automotive, an authorized dealer of Chevrolet, GMC and Cadillac in Iraq, is seeking a creative Copywriter to strengthen its brand voice across all communication channels. You will craft compelling written content that reflects the premium identity of the company and its automotive brands.

Key responsibilities

• Write engaging copy for social media, advertisements, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Develop headlines, slogans, captions and marketing messages aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create website content, product descriptions, email campaigns and internal communications.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce cohesive campaigns and storytelling.
• Research automotive trends and market insights to ensure relevance and impact.
• Proofread and edit all content for clarity, accuracy and consistency.
• Support video productions by drafting scripts and voice‑over concepts.
• Manage multiple writing projects while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in copywriting, content writing or marketing communications.
• Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities in Arabic.
• Good command of English writing is an advantage.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent attention to detail, grammar and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
