Photographer & Videographer (Marketing & Communications)

About the role

Shahan is seeking a creative Photographer & Videographer to produce high‑quality visual content for its projects, marketing campaigns, social media channels and events. The role blends shooting, editing and content preparation to deliver polished images and videos that align with the company’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage photography and video shoots for projects, campaigns, properties and events.
• Capture and edit high‑resolution photos and footage, ensuring consistency with briefs and branding.
• Create reels, short promotional videos, project updates, event highlights and interview clips for digital platforms.
• Produce content in vertical, horizontal and other formats for social media, websites, presentations and advertising.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team and other departments to define shoot requirements, creative direction and deadlines.
• Organise, archive and maintain original and edited media files.

Required profile

• Professional experience in photography, videography or visual‑content production.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating photography, videography, lighting, composition and storytelling.
• Ability to manage shoots, revisions and deadlines in an organized manner.
• Good understanding of lighting, framing, sound capture, colour correction and visual consistency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, stabilisers and microphones.
• Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro.
• Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, basic animation, advanced colour grading).
• Content creation for social media formats such as Reels, Stories and short‑form videos.
