Asset Operations Manager

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an Asset Operations Manager to lead the Asset Operations Organization. Reporting to the Asset Manager and senior IAM management, you will be responsible for driving planning, growth, profitability and efficiency across the asset.

Key responsibilities

• Lead field operations safely and effectively, ensuring production, budget, schedule and HSE targets are met.
• Interact with Operating Company representatives, contractors, regulators, unions and local communities to communicate strategy and ensure compliance.
• Supervise operating personnel, monitor competency, HSE and quality plans, and achieve KPI targets.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets using Halliburton accounting systems and authority matrices.
• Deliver the Annual Work Program and Budget for field operations.
• Develop and maintain the local management system, including internal audits, training, reporting and database maintenance.
• Implement HSE protection objectives and coordinate with Drilling, Workover, Facilities, Production, Contracts, Government Relations and HSE teams.
• Oversee Facilities, Wells, Workovers, Maintenance, Logistics, HSE and other operations managers.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary field teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Experience ensuring compliance with legislation, company policies and contractual obligations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding performance measured through KPIs.
• Capability to manage budgets and deliver work programs on schedule.
