Architect Engineer – Project Site Management

About the role

The Architect Engineer will lead and coordinate all architectural and construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, budget constraints, and timelines. This role acts as the primary liaison between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver a professional and efficient construction outcome.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and supervise all architectural works on‑site according to approved drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
• Review and verify architectural drawings, dimensions, and material specifications for accuracy and constructability.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve drawing discrepancies and technical conflicts.
• Monitor daily site activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, approved materials, and safety regulations.
• Supervise execution of finishes such as flooring, ceilings, partitions, cladding, painting, waterproofing, doors, windows, and façades.
• Conduct regular inspections, quality control checks, and manage RFIs, inspection requests, snag lists, and NCRs.
• Track subcontractor performance, productivity, and compliance with project schedules.
• Verify quantities, progress percentages, and support preparation of payment certificates and final accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in on‑site architectural supervision and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills to address technical and site‑related issues.
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
