Wholesale Executive – Parts Sales & Fleet Support

About the role

The Wholesale Executive will lead wholesale parts sales for the dealership, supporting after‑sales fleet customers and driving revenue growth. Reporting to management, the role focuses on building strong relationships with workshops, repair centres, retailers and fleet operators while promoting genuine Toyota parts and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale customers, acting as the primary contact for parts inquiries, quotations, pricing and availability.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the wholesale customer base and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with fleet customers and the Service Department to provide timely parts solutions for fleet maintenance and repair.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, monitor delivery schedules and ensure sufficient stock through close collaboration with warehouse and inventory teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of genuine Toyota parts, accessories, pricing structures and product applications.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and provide regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Toyota standards and maintain accurate customer records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wholesale automotive parts sales or a related aftermarket role.
• Strong customer‑facing skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work closely with service and inventory teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Good analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market feedback.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of genuine Toyota parts, accessories and their applications.
• Understanding of pricing structures and wholesale quotation processes.
