Warehouse Parts Picker

About the role

The Parts Picker is responsible for receiving, verifying, and handling spare parts within the SAS‑Toyota Dealer warehouse in Baghdad. The role ensures that parts are accurately picked, packaged, and dispatched while maintaining inventory integrity and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Retrieve parts from designated storage locations based on order specifications, ensuring accuracy.
• Package parts securely following established guidelines to prevent damage during transit.
• Label packages with correct customer, order, and destination information for proper tracking.
• Inspect parts for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Assist in maintaining up‑to‑date inventory records, reconciling discrepancies and conducting regular stock counts.
• Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely distribution to customers, technicians, or internal departments.
• Follow all safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, and handle parts safely to minimize accidents.
• Keep the picking area, storage racks, and packing stations clean and organized to support efficient operations.

Required profile

• Attention to detail when picking and labeling parts.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Capability to maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
